Garrett Wineinger
Assistant Project Architect Mail

“Architecture is much more than the construction of buildings. Whether walking down a city street, reading a book in a library, or loosing yourself in a piece of art in a museum, captivating architecture is born from the individual connection one has to the space they are experiencing.” For Garrett, what JMA does beautifully is develop designs with a level of detail and sensitivity that truly connects to the user. “Each home is its own work of art; no two are the same.” Garrett grew up in Albany, NY and attended The Illinois Institute of Technology’s College of Architecture in Chicago and Syracuse University’s School of Architecture. Aside from architecture, Garrett can be found in the kitchen cooking meals for his partner and friends, playing volleyball, or traveling somewhere new. Garrett is happy to have found himself in the tranquil environment of Sag Harbor, surrounded by nature and beaches, while having the excitement of the big city is just a train ride away.
