Marina de Conciliis
Project Architect Mail

“The thing that has always interested me is landscape. That’s why I like being out here, because you’re closer to the landscape.” Born and raised in Rome, Marina spent summers on the North Fork as a child. When she’s not at work, she enjoys raising her two children there. She likes designing in Sag Harbor because she’s “building things that are more connected to the landscape than [she] would be from an urban office up on the 17th floor. You notice the seasons in a different way, you notice if it rains harder, you notice all these things and I think that goes into making architecture that is of place.”
